Gilt for iPad App Reviews

Purchased a watch for my moms birthday. It was exactly what I wanted. Thank you Gilt!

I rarely open the Gilt app any more. The events are mostly designer clothes at barely discounted prices. On top of that, almost every page change is so slow that I end up closing the app. Its just not as great as it used to be.

Ive used Guilt for the passed few years and always had a great experience with them.

The app is simple and efficient to use...the quality of clothing is exactly how its advertised and I receive my items on time as promised...thank you GILT for the amazing products :D

I love Gilt and all the amazing items for sal. What I dislike is when I want to buy more than one item, it does not allow me to make multiple purchases . This is frustrating because, at times it makes my credit card company put a hold on purchases. We should be allowed to put Gilt City purchases in a cart and pay for them all at once.

This app is very well thought out and makes the shopping experience even more enjoyable. I hardly use my desktop anymore.

Ive been with Gilt since the beginning, pre-app, and the first couple of versions of the app were rough. But the improvements are really remarkable. I particularly like the different ways that you can find products - either through search, through categories, or through their own editorial concepts (e.g. Summer nights). Its a little frustrating, the five minute hold in the cart, so you might sometimes have to write down the items you want, then quickly pick them all and add to the cart. But this is Gilt - no holding in a cart, because the number of items is limited. All in all, a good experience. Ill be back for more.

The products offered are nice, but a bit pricey. The worst part is that the app crashes frequently. As an example, I was just on for about ten minutes and the app shut down four times in that limited space of time.

But I may need to get used to it.. Search is not as convenient. But remembering my size is a great convenience..

Not big on apps, but this does speed up the shopping experience. Glad I downloaded. Love Gilt!
