I ❤️ surfing this site for outfit and home inspirations even if I dont buy a thing, but most of the time I do find something nice to bring home...... Thanks GILT!

Not easy to use because the app keeps crashing on the iPad.

Guilt is an easy way to shop and find great clothes, especially if you hate going to the stores as I do. Easy, convenient, and, I daresay, addicting!

I have found the app great to use and very easy to use. The expediency of delivery and the estimation of delivery are not very good. Often I get a window that isnt accurate and have waited weeks for simple orders

Have always had perfect experiences.although I dont purchase items frequently there descriptions have been clear and accurate.The site is very organized instinctive . Shipping Ina word perfect I have evolved into an online shopper and would rate them my go to.

I go to this app to find brands and styles Ive never seen before. Pretty good pricing, but a major annoyance when they dont have size/style/color youre looking for.

I applaud Gilt, the quality of their products and the brands they provide for the prices they are up for is just fantastic.

Love the site but hate their return policy, only for credit. i am a tough fit and can only buy accessories from this site, but they are a terrific value.

I always find those staple pieces for my wardrobe that you just cant find when you go out shopping with a "needs" list. This app works really well. Its easy to see things and easy to maneuver around the site.

I prefer using the Gilt App over the browser. A poor wifi signal can slow it down considerably, but thats the price of higher resolution photos... and without the ability to view the items in person, Id rather have the image quality.

I have contacted the Gilts customer support both via e-mail & phone for either a special request or simply for some helpful advice & I remain impressed. Ive shopped often because of the great sales. I rated Gilt three stars as opposed five because Gilt does refund for returns, but will only gives Gilt credit. I do not like that Gilt controls my money when I have an honest return.

You buy an item its the "last one". You wait patiently for it. Only to receive something else! obviously the item u wanted is no longer available. Its your responsibility to get that item back to them for a refund. When u get the confirmation that they got ur return, Gilt has the audacity to tell u that u are getting store credit! To which I reply: "GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!" As a "premier" customer, I will never shop at this lame place again!!!!

I love this site, but the app always closes on me. Needs to be fixed asap!

GILT has fantastic deals on everything you desire. Its also a treasure hunt for gift giving. Highly recommend.

The app keeps crashing. Everything is uptodate and still crashing. Super annoying .
